RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing agreement, dated March 2, 1944, between Santa Fe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called First Parties, and C. F. Dixon, Second Party, covering license and permission to use premises at 330-336 Aliso Street, Los Angeles, California, as site for an automobile parking station, for term of two years from March 16, 1944; rental $200 per month; subject to termination by either party upon 60 days* written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
