    a partnership composed of Roy Tashima and Shlgeo Tashima, and Ranchers Meat Co., a partnership composed of Leon Mend, Melvin Katz and Irving Rabb, portion of Lot 3 in Tract No. 207, together with improvements located thereon, situated in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California; for sum of $10,00 and other good and valuable consideration; EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto Grantor: All minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed subject to: 1. Second installment of taxes for the fiscal year 1957-1958; 2. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record. Land Company further grants and conveys to Tashima Bros, and Ranchers Meat Co. that certain perpetual right and easement to construct and maintain buildings and foundation footings as conveyed by Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Company, to Las Vegas Land and Water Company by Grant of Easement dated June 27, 1938; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifications W. 0. 8 1 5 , issued December 31» 1957» Fullerton, California, retirement of citrus packing machinery and equipment except lowerator and motor in packing house at Truslow and Malden Avenues.
