% executing letter agreement "NmL.D. 2719, dated August 1 3 , 1953» with Longley Construction Co., Inc., covering construction and laying of 767 feet of 6 ” cast iron water main and 12 feet of 6 " fire hydrant connections to serve area east of Shadow Street, approximately 1000* north of Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, consideration $977.00; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Rider C.L.D. No . ij.010-5, dated August 21, 1953, extending to and including September 30, 1955, Agreement Audit N 0. 10192, between LVL&WCo. and Jack Dinno, dated March 31, 19i|2, and expiring under last Extension Rider on September 30, 1953, covering lease of ground floor storeroom at i|.28 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, together with mezzanine floor located therein, for use of merchant tailoring and haberdashery, rental being at rate of 7% of gross sales with a minimum of $1|00 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing Letter Agreement ”N"L.D. 2720 dated Augu3t 2hr t 19 5 3 , with Longley Construction Co. Inc., covering construction and laying of approximately 570 LF of 6 " and 132 LF of k " cast iron water mains and 10 LF of 6 " fire hydrant connections in Acres Addition Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $l,0ifl.00, plus actual cost of premium on Surety Bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
