On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in execut­ing Rider C.L.D. No . ij.010-5, dated August 21, 1953, extending to and including September 30, 1955, Agreement Audit N 0. 10192, between LVL&WCo. and Jack Dinno, dated March 31, 19i|2, and expiring under last Extension Rider on September 30, 1953, covering lease of ground floor storeroom at i|.28 West 6th Street, Los Angeles, California, together with mezzanine floor located therein, for use of merchant tailoring and haberdashery, rental being at rate of 7% of gross sales with a minimum of $1|00 per month; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
