    Legal Notices ORDINANCE NO. 411 An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 211 of the City of Lae Vegas Eptitledi ‘An Emergency Ordi­nance to prohibit the Waste of Water; Defining Waste of Water; Regulating the Use Thereof; Limit­ing the Time During Which Water May be Used for Sprinkling or Ir­rigation, and Providing Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance, and Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict Therewith"; Also Referred to as Chapter 37, Section 7 of the Las Vegas City Code, and to Re­peal Ordinance. No. 302 Entitled: “An Emergency Ordinance to Reg­ulate the Use of Water in Wood­land Park Addition to the City of Las Vegas Between the Months of May 15 and September 15 Inclus­ive; and Defining the Regulation of Water; Regulating the Use There­of and Providing Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance; and Re­pealing all Ordinances in Conflict Therewith", also known as Chapter 37, Sections 8 and 9 of the Las Vegas City Code. The Board Of Commissioners of the ! City of Las Vegas do ordain as fol- ! lows: Section 1.. June 1st to September 15 inclusive, is hereby prohibited be­tween the hours <ff 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., and/between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and' 5:00 A.M. Section 2. Ordinance No. 302, also known as Chapter |7, ^Sections 8 and 9, of the Las Vegas t City Code, is hereby repealed. , Section 8. This ordirfance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and.,adoption, and final pub­lication as in* the ~hexL. section pro­vided. ' Section 4. Tfye City Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of the Cjfy of Las Vegas £ shall cause this ordinance § to be published once a week for two successiye weeks im­mediately following" its first reading and adoption, in thje Las Vegas Re­view- Journal, a daily hew'spaper pub­lished in the City of Las .Vegas.
