Legal Notices ORDINANCE NO. 411 An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 211 of the City of Lae Vegas Eptitledi ‘An Emergency Ordinance to prohibit the Waste of Water; Defining Waste of Water; Regulating the Use Thereof; Limiting the Time During Which Water May be Used for Sprinkling or Irrigation, and Providing Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance, and Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict Therewith"; Also Referred to as Chapter 37, Section 7 of the Las Vegas City Code, and to Repeal Ordinance. No. 302 Entitled: “An Emergency Ordinance to Regulate the Use of Water in Woodland Park Addition to the City of Las Vegas Between the Months of May 15 and September 15 Inclusive; and Defining the Regulation of Water; Regulating the Use Thereof and Providing Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance; and Repealing all Ordinances in Conflict Therewith", also known as Chapter 37, Sections 8 and 9 of the Las Vegas City Code.
