No. 302 Entitled: “An Emergency Ordinance to Reg­ulate the Use of Water in Wood­land Park Addition to the City of Las Vegas Between the Months of May 15 and September 15 Inclus­ive; and Defining the Regulation of Water; Regulating the Use There­of and Providing Penalties for the Violation of this Ordinance; and Re­pealing all Ordinances in Conflict Therewith", also known as Chapter 37, Sections 8 and 9 of the Las Vegas City Code. June 1st to September 15 inclusive, is hereby prohibited be­tween the hours <ff 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., and/between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and' 5:00 A.M. Section 2. Ordinance No. 302, also known as Chapter |7, ^Sections 8 and 9, of the Las Vegas t City Code, is hereby repealed. , Section 8. This ordirfance shall be in full force and effect upon its final reading and.,adoption, and final pub­lication as in* the ~hexL. section pro­vided. ' Section 4.
