Mayor Gragln who is completing a house on Vest Charleston asked me this naming about a connection from this line and we have received numerous other requests from parties who have only a trickle of water from shallow wells and in some oases have to haul their water in buckets. If our master meter is Installed at Main at. 1 I assume no* deliveries eould be made from the 24* line enroute, except on a wholesale basis through meter service. However, if the meter is to be placed just below the Reservoir I assume the distribution of water from the 24* line would be handled by L.V. L. * W.
