I agree.Los Angeles, March. 16, 1951 80-5 Mr. W. H. Johnson - Las Vegas: (oc - Mr. 1fife. Reinhardt) Please refer to your letter of March 14th, your file W 25-2, concerning revised motel rates whieh you have negotiated with the representatives of the Motel Association at Las Vegas. There is no application before the Nevada Public Service Commission which can be amended. As you will recall, we initiated this proceeding by filing a new schedule of rates which were suspended* I think it would be undesirable to file any new schedules prior to the hearing. You can advise the Motel Association that at the hearing we will express our willingness to revise the motel rate in accordance with the schedule set forth in your letter of March 14th. Bennett
