( Mr. Johnson representing the water Co.,) and the Las Vegas Motel Association casing the rates upon the proposed increase of family rates of f 2.70. Motels (or c ousts? with kitchesns would pay one half the rate that will oe set oy the Public Service commission for family units or homes. Motels with sleeping rooms will pay the 4 2.70 for the first room or unit and <§> 1.00 for each additional room or unit. Should the rate ior family homes oe set at a less figure than the 4 2.70 then the rate for Motels with sleeping rooms only would oe 37 percent of what ever figure was set for family homes,. Motels lor Courts)with kitchens would also pay the family home rate for the first unit. Water for lawns, trees, flowers,etc., first 1UUG square feet of area included in rate ior first unit of classification and for each additional 140 square feet of fraction thereof over the 1000 square feet a charge of 4 >02 per month.
