Noncompliance with Company* s Rules - If the consumer should fail to comply with any of the Company* s Rules and Rogula- tions from time to time in force, the Company shall •hnv'e the right to discontinue service to the consumer, 14. Reconnection Service Charge - In the event service to any consumer shall be discontinued as provided herein, only duly authorized employees of the Company shall be permitted to reconnect the consumer's facilities to the distribution system of the Company.
