V Las Vegas Land and Water Company Original Sheet PSCN No. 13 consent shall provide water regularly to any person, company or corporation other than the occupant or occupants of the premises of said consumer, nor shall any consumer permit leaks or waste of water. 13. Noncompliance with Company's Rules - if the consumer should fail to comply with any of the Company's Rules and Regula­tions from time to time in force, the Company shall have the right to discontinue service to the consumer. 14° Reconnection Service Charge 1 in the event service to any consumer shall be discontinued as provided herein, only duly authorized employees of the Company shall be permitted to reconnect the consumer's facilities to the distribution system of the Company. A reconnection charge of $2.00 shall be made and collected by the Company before service is renewed where service has been discontinued, pursuant to these Rules and Regulations. 13o Special Rates - Plat monthly rates for any service not specifically set forth in the Company's Schedule of Rates may be fixed by special contract, subject to the approval of the Public Service Commission. 16o Any advance payments heretofore made for use of water will apply on any new rate offered and approved by The Public Service Commission of Nevada. 17. Authority to Waive or Alter - No officer, inspector, solicitor, agent or employee of the Company has any authority to waive, alter or amend in any respect these Rules and Regulations or any part thereof. 18o Supplemental Rules — The Company may make any further Rules and Regulations it may deem necessary or advisable in the manner provided by law.
