V ^as Vegas Land and Water Company Original Sheet PSCN Wo. 9 Part II RULES AND REGULATIONS 1® Application for Connection to Main - All applications for installation of services for water must be made at the office of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The applicant should present description of the property to be served including Subdivision, Block and Lot, and purpose for which the water will be used. No person except an authorized employee of the Water Company will be permitted to make any connection to water mains or distribution pipes of the Water Company. 2. Payment of Bills - Charges for water service shall be due and payable on the first day of each month for water furnished during the previous month. 3. Delinquent Bills - If said charges are not paid by the 15th day of the month in which they become due they shall become delinquent. Notice of such delinquency will be given to the consumer personally or by mail and if the amount of such water charges is not paid within 5 days from the date of such personal notice or within 5 days from the date of mailing such notice, the Company will discontinue the service to such delinquent consumer until said amount is paid together with the reconnection charge herein provided. A consumer's water service may be discontinued for nonpayment of a bill for water service rendered him at a previous location served by the Company, provided said bill is not paid within 30 days after presentation at the new location.
