Local contractors will be in- ! vited to bid on the structure, i which will be concrete floor' and I walls with a metal roof. It will be electrically operated through- j out, including ovens, forges and cranes. Duemling said he expected to ask for bids within 10 days and actual construction is to begin within 30 days. All equipment and machinery has been allocated from the factory in the east, and three naval contracts have been designated for the Las Vegas plant as soon ! as it is in operation.
