Wehe was con­tinued this morning by City At­torney Howard Cannon in the Ne­vada public service commission hearing in Las Vegas. Wehe was called to testify Tuesday morning by the Las Vegas Land and Water company* and has dominated the stand sipce then. He is now undergoing cross-examination by Cannon in­to his testimoy concerning two reports he prepared explaining the operations of the Las Vegas Land and Water company^ He was .commissioned 117 the company to prepare the wo re­ports. n The hearing into the proposed increase in local water rates was | expected to be resumed this afternoon: at 2 PM after a noon I redess. This is the third day for i the hearing, which was slated > for only two days.
