Wehe was continued this morning by City Attorney Howard Cannon in the Nevada public service commission hearing in Las Vegas. Wehe was called to testify Tuesday morning by the Las Vegas Land and Water company* and has dominated the stand sipce then. He is now undergoing cross-examination by Cannon into his testimoy concerning two reports he prepared explaining the operations of the Las Vegas Land and Water company^ He was .commissioned 117 the company to prepare the wo reports. n The hearing into the proposed increase in local water rates was | expected to be resumed this afternoon: at 2 PM after a noon I redess. This is the third day for i the hearing, which was slated > for only two days.
