» COPY Mr* C. 0, Whittenbre, General Attorney, Salt Lake City, Dear Sir: Nov. 29, 1904* 60-0 Replying from Mrs,^Bishop re Dec. 31, 1904. rental on the first Dr.'Braeken assure s to your favor of Nov. 25th, and returning letter dative to lease on the Kiel Ranch which expires The- contract provided for Mrs, Bishop to pay tne day of November. This she failed to do, and. lie that she has no money or other means with which to pay the rental, and he claims to'have a good tenant for the ranch who desires to.,.take possession immediately, and I would therefore suggest that we make Mrs. Bishop vacate as soon as possible. She having failed to pay the rental on the date called for in the contract, I take it we have the right to take possession of the property prior to the expiration of the lease.
