This she failed to do, and. lie that she has no money or other means with which to pay the rental, and he claims to'have a good tenant for the ranch who desires to.,.take possession immediately, and I would therefore suggest that we make Mrs. Bishop vacate as soon as possible. She having failed to pay the rental on the date called for in the contract, I take it we have the right to take possession of the property prior to the expiration of the lease.
