I attach hereto a map showing land adjoining the Las Vegas ranch, both for which we have deeds and which is covered by options. It is our intention to take up the options early next month; in the meantime should you find it necessary to do so, you may run the water on to any of the land shown on the map with the exception of that owned by Col.Maxson. it generally known that we have acquired any additional land until the matter is finally disposed of. In regard to the date I will be at the ranch; I am sorry to advise you that I find it impossible to make the trip at this time, how- Wh&w ever, 1 do decide to make the trip, I will advise you in plenty of time, in order that you may be there.
