I agree.Of any good coming from an Indian or any idea advanced that any amount of education, or anything else will elevate an Indian to the white man’s plane is [not legible] at. I think Arizona is the hardest field the Indian Office will have to work for the next ten years! My reasons for [not legible] thinking are because of this bitter [not legible] of the whites against the Indian [not legible] because of the character of the white [not legible] that the Indian must come [not legible] contact with. What is there in [not legible] part of the Territory for instance in the way of white civilization, superiority, etc. that would influence an Indian to strive to
