Fort Mojave Arizona October The Honorable Commissioner of Indian Affairs Washington DC Sir: I have the honor to transmit here with request for authority to pay my Indian police And assistance what is due there at the end of each month I could not get any Indians to work for me without promising there bear pay every month.
