Sir: I have the honor to inform you that the Commanding Officer at this Post has received authority from the War Dept. to sell to the Interior Department [line not legible] and my hand of authority be [not legible] [not legible] [not legible] [not legible] supplies as in my judgement would be useful and necessary in connection with our school this matter could be settled in very short order.
