    F. R. MO N A M EE - A T T O R N E Y A T L A W D E LAMAR, N EVADA. June 3rd, ’06 Mr. H. E. George, 1290 Bellevue Ave., Los Angeles, CAL. My Dear Mr, George The matter of the Receivership of the Indian Creek Ranc$ was fully disposed of at the last term of Court, and I am enclosing you check for $37.50, of which $22.50 is for advertising Notice of Sale in the DESERET NEWS and $15.00 is for costs advanced "by you. There was just about Sufficient in the receipts of the ranch and Receiver to pay the Receiver’s expenses and the costs of the sale, and there was sent to you by Mr. Syphus close to $1250.00, the exact amount I cannot say. Bell Latimer and her husband keep out of the County, so I cannot get at them on that execution for $100.00, but I trust later to be able to land them and will do so as soon as possible. I expect to be in Los Angeles the latter part of this month when I will see you. With best wishes I remain, Yours very truly, Enc
