The said Richard Toleno, doing business as Paradise Park, warrants that he is the owner of the said 6tt and 8" water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. -1 - £
