1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 f §|§ LAND AND WATER CO» nNnL,D, 2701-1 (Amended) B I L L 0 F S A L E w : */. 1 .4* FOR VALUE RECEIVED, RICHARD TOLENO, doing business as PARADISE PARK, whose place of business is 900 South 5th Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, does hereby Sell, Assign, Transfer and Set Over unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a Nevada Corporation, all his right, title and interest in and to the following described pipe lines in Paradise Park, Las Vegas, Nevada, together with all valves, fitting^ and valve boxes connected with said water lines: An 8“ cast iron water main in St, Louis Street on the South side,thereof commencing at a connection with existing 8” cast iron water main approximately at the Northwest corner of Lot 34, Block 2 of said Paradise Park as recorded in Book 3, Page 89 of Plats, Clark County Nevada records, thence Easterly in St, Louis Street parallel with center line thereof, a distance approximately 530 LF to the intersection of the center line of Van Patton Place, point of ending, A 6” cast iron water main commencing at a connection with above described 8n cast ; iron water main in St, Louis Street approximately on the center line of North and South utility easement in Block 2, of said Paradise Park, thence Southerly a distance of approximately 6501 in utility easement in said Block 2, to intersection with property lines between Lots 24 and 25 of said Block 2, thence Westerly a distance of approximately 125* in utility easement 10* in width being 5* on each side of property line between Lots 24 and 25, to,a point approximately 10* West of the East line of Santa Rosa Drive, thence Southerly in Santa Rosa Drive a distance of approximately 13* to a connection with an existing 6W cast iron water main,. The said Richard Toleno, doing business as Paradise Park, warrants that he is the owner of the said 6tt and 8" water line and connecting valves, fittings and valve boxes, and that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances including all material and labor claims attaching thereto, and he will at all times hereafter defend the title to the same against any and all persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same. -1 - £
