The above and foregoing ordinance was first proposed and read by title to the Board of Commissioners on the l6th day of June, 1954, and. referred to the following committee composed of Commissioners Jarrett and Sharp for recommendation; therefore the said committee reported favorably on said ordinance on the 7th day of July, 1954, which was the regular meeting held on the 7th day of July, 1954, and at said regular meeting held on said day, the proposed ordinance was read in full to the Board of Commissioners as first introduced and adopted by the following vote: Voting. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Section 26, Code of Las Vegas, Nevada, 1949, as amended by Ordinance No. 573 is hereby further amended by adding the following setbacks: 7. Industrial Road. (d) From the west line of Section 2, T21S, R6lE, MDB&M, to the east line of said Section 2, fifty (50) feet from the south Section line on the north side thereof .
