SOLICITATIONS FOR City Manager Kennedy requested that the resolution concerning notification to local YOUTH merchants that all solicitations for youth activities should be cleared through the Youth Advisory Board be held until the next regularmeeting. Mr. Kennedy stated that a meeting was being arranged between the Youth Advisory Council and the Solicitations Review Board to discuss this matter.
