At this time the letter from Mr. Ben Leving, applicant for a Solicitors License regarding his ability to secure the bond required by Ordinance No. 369 in order to secure such license, was considered by the Board. Commissioner Bunker moved this matter be referred to the Commissioners’ Insurance Committee namely Commissioners Peccole and Jarrett for recommendation.
