    Motion seconded by Conmissioner Jarrett and carried by the following votes:Commissioners Bunker, Whipple, Jarrett and His Honor voting ayes; noes, none. Absent:Commissioner Peccole. POULTRY IN RESIDENTIAL The opinion of the City Attorney on poultry in residential areas was discussed at this AREaS time. The Attorney was instructed to prepare an amendment to the zoning ordinance to prohibit this practice. BUILDING ZONING The expiration of the time alloted Tony Toleno to conform with the building and zoning VIOLATION-Richard Toleno requirements insofar as the 8-plex unit at 343 N. 10th Street was considered at this time. The City Engineer was instructed to proceed as outlined by the City Attorney and prepare plans for the installation of sidewalks in the areas that do not have the same in the portions of the City not affected by angle parking. DRAINAGE SYSTEM LDS. Commissioners Jarrett and Whipple requested that the matter of the drainage from the Ids Church Church property on North 5th Street be taken from the agenda. AERIAL SURVEY Action on the proposal of Fairchild Company for an aerial survey of the City was held in abeyance until October 15, 1952. CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP Notification from the Westerner Club that Walter H. Bell has withdrawn as a member of the Westerner Club partnership was ordered filed. GAMING APPLICATIONS Commissioner Whipple moved the following applications for renewal of gaming licenses for the fourth quarter of 1952 be approved.
