POULTRY IN RESIDENTIAL The opinion of the City Attorney on poultry in residential areas was discussed at this AREaS time. The Attorney was instructed to prepare an amendment to the zoning ordinance to prohibit this practice. BUILDING ZONING The expiration of the time alloted Tony Toleno to conform with the building and zoning VIOLATION-Richard Toleno requirements insofar as the 8-plex unit at 343 N. 10th Street was considered at this time. AERIAL SURVEY Action on the proposal of Fairchild Company for an aerial survey of the City was held in abeyance until October 15, 1952.
