319 NEON SIGN — Commissioner Baskin moved that the City Manager be authorized to notify Clark County that McCarran Field on and after November 10, 1948 the City has no objection to their entering into an agreement with the Young Electric Sigh Company for rental of the neon sign on the front of the terminal building at the old McCarran Field. Motion seconded by Commissioner Clark and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Moore. MASONRY ARCH — Commissioner Clark moved that the request of the Board of County Commissioners to remove McCarran Field the masonry arch at the entrance to the old McCarran Field and install same at the new McCarran Field be granted, and the City Manager authorized to notify Clark County. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, , Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Moore. Sells City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 31st day of August, 1948, executed by Charles F. Sells and Ora M. Sells, husband and wife, to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board.
