ORDINANCE NO. 360 At this time Ordinance No. 360 establishing a Regional Planning Commission 2nd Reading was read to the Board for a second time. Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved that the foregoing ordinance be adopted on its second reading. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Baskin. ORDINANCE NO. 361 At this time Ordinance No. 361 relative to the annexation of the school 1st Reading district in Sunrise Acres referred to a committee composed of Commissioner Clark and Whipple on July 22, 1948 was reported on favorably and thereafter read to the Board for the first time. Thereafter Commissioner Clark moved that the foregoing ordinance be approved on its first reading. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Baskin. ORDINANCE NO. 362 The committee on Ordinance No. 362 amending certain portions of Ordinance No. 349, composed of Commissioners Clark and Moore asked for additional time to study said ordinance before reporting on same. ORDINANCE NO. 359 An ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS REGULATING THE Redraft referred APPEARANCE OF MINORS ON THE PUBLIC STREETS, AVENUES, ALLEYS AND OTHER PUBLIC to committee PLACES WITHIN THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF REPEALING ORDINANCES NO. 9 and 21, AND ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO, was read to the Board by title and referred to a committee composed of Commissioners Clark and Moore for report at the next regular meeting. WEATHER BUREAU — Commissioner Clark moved that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign Supplemental Agree- the supplemental agreement between the City of Las Vegas and the Weather ment Executed Bureau for space at McCarran Field.
