FREEMAN COMPANY pub/icfsts The General Mills* Seles Manager for Utah, Mr* Crutcher, was down to see us and spent half a day learning the story of the bread, and when I showed him an advertising campaign we have just laid out, he asked me to go to Minneapolis and he would set up a date with all the brass there to show them the whole story. His point was that the Government is always after General Mills to increase wheat consumption, and apparently General Mills has been impressed by our steady sales in* crease, especially in the face of a price war in the Minneapolis area* Mr* Crutcher pointed out that General Mills might be interested in handling the whole Angelbread project, and when 1 get into Min* neapolis next week, 1 will talk to the Holsura people and then meet with the General Mills people with an idea of having them put it in- to every city in the country quickly and under their supervision so that we can start getting some real money for the hospital, as X know we need it badly* 5* X recommend that we change the name immediately of the Foundation to ANGEUTA BREAD FOUNDATION. Inasmuch as the name has gotten such good response, it might be foolish to keep chasing a will-o'-the-wisp by looking to get the name ANGELBREAD instead. X also recommend we change the setup on the Trustees to feature Mr. Al Cahlan as Chairman of the Board, Mr. Jack Entratter as President of the Foundation, Mr. John Mowbray as Secretary and Legal Advisor, Mr. Carl Cohen as Vice President, and Al Freeman as Treasurer and Public Relations Counsel. X also recommend we include Mr. Carl Cohen as another Trustee, and this would give us a tight, compact working group of five people, easily available and who would attend our meetings and discuss some of these problems that are going to come up with this thing going into a national market.
