X am enclosing some checks which have alreaefy been endorsed by Mr. Cahlan and myself, and X would appreciate you endorsing than and then sending them out to the Sisters. They represent about 7 weeks* sales in Minneapolis, Fargo, Mason City and Las Vegas. Xn talking to both Mr. Entratter and AX Cahlan, we thought the best thing to do was set up an account in the bank and start depositing these checks when we get them, because there is too much danger of losing the individual checks, or not being able to account for them in such quantities as X hope they will be coming in soon. Jack and AX Cahlan both agreed that the Bank of Las Vegas would be a nice place to set the account up and X will go ahead with it as soon as X get back from Minneapolis next week. 3 As you can see, we are rolling in about 30,000 loaves of bread a month in the Minneapolis- Fargo-Mason City plants of Holsum, which is about three times more than we ever expected to do within a year, so things are progressing pretty well.
