You will recall that on July 10, 1957, I sent you the original of a letter received by me from the law office of Elwood S. Kendrick and signed by Eugene 0. Heberer. I have not as yet received from Mr. Heberer information indicating tnat the name"Angelbread" has been abandoned by the firm that previously registered it. I am asking him once again to expedite his search in this regard. I am certain that Sister Felicia appreciates all that you have done to get this project under way and I shall advise you just as soon as I hear from Mr. Heberer. Very truly yours, JCM/jh OHN C.
