RUSTIC MAIN LODGE

Mt. Charleston Ski-Bar Ranch, just one hour from Las Vegas, combines a winter ski resort and summer dude ranch in typical western setting. A mile high at the lodge among the big pines, the resort is a popular winter-sports playground for skiing, tobogganing and snowshoe hikes, and a summer paradise with mountain-cool horseback riding, barbecue picnics, trail-hiking and rugged outdoor life. Hundreds of varieties of wild flowers abound in the 1200-acre mountain area of the resort grounds.

A rustic fireplace adds intimate atmosphere to the spacious main room of the lodge which combines an informal lounge, cocktail-bar and dining room serving home-cooked meals for guests and special-party reservations. An intriguing detail of the room is a century-old Ponderosa pine tree growing through the roof.

Attractively furnished, modern mountain-cabins or rooms in the lodge varying double-deck bunk-beds with standard type accommodations, offer every modern convenience and comfort for weekends or vacations.

Pavement highway direct to the lodge gives convenient and constant accessibility for visits to Las Vegas (30 miles away) and the surrounding scenic area.

ATTRACTIVE INDIVIDUAL CABINS
WOODED HIKING TRAILS
PICTURESQUE TRANQUILITY
