He came to conquer and establish a new frontier.
Like Don Jose we came to Las Vegas some seven years ago. In place of a land grant from the King of Spain, we came armed with the traditional Dominguez recipes with the aim of conquering your appetite for the finest of Mexican foods.
We had our beginning in a tiny place able to accommodate but 18 patrons. Thanks to our optimism and your friendship, word of the Dominguez culinary tradition has spread far and wide. We are deeply grateful for this recognition
Welcome to El Cholo, nuestros amigos!
Gracias,
HORTENCIA DOMINGUEZ McKIERNAN

TAKE-HOME SERVICE
Enchiladas
Tamales with Sauce
Chicken Enchilada (one only)
Chicken Taco (one only)
Chile Relleno with Sauce
Tostadas
Pint Refried Beans
½ Pint beans
Pint Spanish Rice
½ Pint
Taco
Pint Chile con Carne, Red or green Sauce
Pint Hot Sauce
½ Pint Hot Sauce
Pint Red Chile Sauce
Our Combination Dinners, 1, 2, 3, and 4
Our Specialty to Take Home
