I agree.The regular meeting of the Goldfield Woman's Club was held Jan 4, 1923. The meeting was called to order by the President Mrs. Sprague the roll was called ten members responding. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.The treasurer reported a balance of $7.25 in the treasury and $8.60 in the Charity fund.The Sec. of the Board of Directors gave her report and it was moved seconded and passed that we return to the original by-laws in regard to the election and installation of officers.A second Vice-President being necessary Mrs. Barnes was elected to this office resigning as treasurer. Mrs. McNair was elected to fill Mrs. Barnes unexpired term as treasurer resigning her office as a director.A letter was read from Mrs. H. N. Miles no other business being before the club the president gave a very interesting talk on the beginning of the Club and how it happened to organized.After which refreshments were served and one verse of America sung the meeting adjourned to meet Jan. 25 1923Christine N.
