Both were former club members.Motion was made and carried that we send Mr. Church a check covering transportation charges for sending the Art Collection from Reno to Goldfield.A motion was made putting the following amendment before the club to be voted on at the next meeting in accordance with the terms of the by-laws.Be it resolved that: Art. 5, Sec. 1 in the by-laws be amended to read as follows:The entrance fee shall be two dollars paid in advance. Thereafter the membership fee shall be two dollars per annum. (Membership fees shall be paid within one month after the beginning of the club year) Upon the payment of dues membership cards shall be issued. Non resident members may retain their membership upon payment of one dollar per annum.No more business coming before the meeting, Mrs. Mills, hostess for the daytook charge and read a very interesting and instructive paper on the Indian Question. This was followed by an informed discussion on the subject by the members and two Indian piano selections by Mrs. Foster after which the meeting adjourned.Ethel T. FosterSec. pro tem.
