After which the Club adjourned after singing one verse of America.Christine Hillebert Sec.ApprovedMay 11, 1922.The regular meeting of the Goldfield Woman's Club was held at the Club House May 11, 1922. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. The roll was called fifteen members responding. The treasurer reported a balance of $2.00 in bank and unpaid bills amounting to $20.95 report was accepted. A motion was made and seconded that the Sec. be instructed to write to Mrs. Wilson to the effect that the Club will not vote on date to the Biennial or send a delegate.The Sec. was instructed to write to Mrs. Wilson to the effect that the Club cannot take up the question of a fund for the Woman's Club Home at Washington D.C. but will endeavor to do so in the very early fall. A motion was made and seconded that the Club get out of debt before obligating themselves. The Sec. of the Board of Directors gave her report and it was arranged to give a card party Sat. May 20th. The following committees were appointed: Tables and Mesdames. Sprague, Barnes, Foster, and Hillebert; Refreshments: Mesdames Kendall, and Ricketts; Prizes Mesdames Mills and McNair. Tickets Mrs. Hillebert Mrs. McCandless to give a beautiful corsage bouquet for ladies prize. No other business being before the meeting the afternoon was turned to Mrs.
