    J. R. C. -2.execute agreements "to convey or cause to be conveyed", which can thereafter be complied with by the townsite company.Evidently something ought to be done and done quickly. Regarding liquor clauses, building restrictions, etc., it has been the lesson of our very large experience in numerous townsites that no restrictions whatever should be put in deeds conveying town lots, and that when the town grows to a size to need regulations, its own town organisation will take care of such matters. What you are after is to get all the money you can out of the townsite. These are my personal views, which I will be glad to waive in deference to the opinions of others, but my views as affecting a townsite that I might entirely control myself would not be different from those expressed.Yours respectfully,William HoodCC- Mr. W. H. Bancroft.
