I agree.2S.E. corner of the N.E. 1/4 of sec. 27 adjoining the Ranch property and have erected two little shanties and put up two tents where they will store away their truck until they all return from a visit to san Francisco.They have other pieces of land in this neighborhood and at present dont appear to have any deffinite plans for the future. I am treating them kindly and will retain their friendship although some things are not as they should be. Mr Geo Lattemore who has a lease on the Kiel Ranch has brought in 17 head of cattle I am told and of course will help to complicate matters on our Range This fellow is no good and will prove a bad neighbor and the sooner our people get posession of that Ranch and let him go the better.There are a great many things required here but I wont get anything that I can get along without but a Mr Allen the freighter is going to Manvel with the Stewarts and I can get him to have a load back cheaper than if I sent him empty from here after it
