Ross ClarkLos Angeles Calif.Dear SirAs the stage goes West in the morning I will write you a few lines and say we now have possession of the boarding house for the first time.The Stewarts moved out this afternoon.Until now they have cooked and furnished every thing. I am doing the best I can to settle up with them for many things and it will take a few days to do so. They have taken every thing away that was not included in our bill of sale and while the value is but little I find it difficult to get along without many of the articles.
