I agree.2There is a good many travelers going both ways from one to three every day or two and when the Stewarts remove what they reserved of the furniture there will not be much left.Who ever comes to take charge should provide himself with one or two good farm hands as there are none here worth having also a cook and I think a good Chinna man would give the best satisfaction. There will be a good deal to do for sometimes getting the place in order as it has been sadly neglected and has never been in good order. Mr Wm Stewart now lives in a fair house about 16x24 made of adobey but has only a rotten canvas roof and this is the house I ordered the shakes for. I think best to put in some beds here for travelers. This stuff I believe now can be shipped to the end of the track which is some closer than Manvel and teams can be obtained there or Manvel to bring it here for about one cent per lb. and possible less.Mr McWilliams has received some additional notes from the land office which will enable him to establish a section line that he was doubtful of before and will return here Saturday
