I agree.4now that my letter of Mar 25th with list of the garden seed could not have reached you but I trust my second letter with same list of April 14 did. Doc brought a little garden seed along with him which will give a start to the garden and if the other seed arrives this evening I think it will be in time. Everything here is looking well and I expect a good crop of fruit and hay.I find hay lasts much longer now than it did under the Stewart management as we have stopped the [waste].Now I believe you should give Bracken a chance to put the Ranch in good order by allowing him to get the things mentioned and it will pay nicely to do so.There are quite a lot of prospecting going on between here and the Col. River and they have brought in some nice looking rock and if there if anything good opened up there soon there will be a big rush from Tonopah down here and it would be nice to have a stock of goods here to sell. Hoping to hear from you [?]I remain your trulyWm McDermott
