Sec 4 .No member shall be entitled to vote at the annual election whose dues have not been fully paid. Article 5.Dues . Sec 1.The entrance fee shall be two dollars paid in advance. Thereafte the membership fee shall be two dollars per annum paid within one month after the beginning of the club year.Upon the payment of the dues member ship cards shall be issued. Non-resident members may retain their membership upon the payment of one dollar per annum.Sec.2. The member elect shall sign the Constitution and By-Laws andpay her entrance fee upon notification of election to membership.Sec.3.Former members may be re-elected by the Board of Directors without posting of names for one month.Sec.4.No member shall be elected a delegate to the convention of theNevada Federation of Womans Clubs whose dues for the current year havenot been paid. \Article 6.Resignations and Vacancies.Sec 1.Resignation of officers shall be presented in writing to theBoard of Directors. Vacancies in offices other than the Board of Directors shall be filled by election by ballot of club members nominations being made from the floor and posted for two weeks in advance of such election. Article 7. GuestsGuests may be admitted to any meeting other than businessmeetings by application to the president or vice-president. Article 8L Suspension of By-Laws.
