Sec.3.Special meetings of the club may be called by the president or by any five members.The call for the special meeting by notice to all members must state the business to be transacted and no business shall be transacte except that stated in the call. Sec.4.Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called by the chairman at any time or upon the written request of one member of the club. Sec. 5.The annual meetings shall be as follows: On the second Thursday in April the election of officers shall be held: on the fourth Thursday in in April the annual reports of the officers shall be presented and the newly elected officers shall be installed: on the second Thursday in May the newly elected Board of Directors shall present a program or plan of work for the following year to the club members: on the fourth Thursday in May there shall be a general reception and social day.Article 6.Quorum.Five members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of1 business. Article 7.Amendments. This constitution may be amended at any regular meeting of the club by a two thirds vote of all active members present and voting notice of the proposed amendments having been submitted in writing and read to club at the last preceding regular meeting.
