I agree.CORPORATE HISTORYThe Goldfield Belmont Extension Mining Company, was incorporated in January 1912 at which time it acquired by purchase the patented mining claims in the Goldfield District covered by the attached report. This property was formerly owned by the Goldfield Midnight-Pawnee Mining Company but following the panic of 1907 it was unable to meet its obilga-tions and lost the property: therefor this Goldfield Belmont Extension Mining Company is in effect a re-organization of the Goldfield Midnight-Pawnee Mining Company.The Company is organized under the laws of the State of Nevada with a capital stock of $150,000.00 divided into l,500,000 shares of a par value of Ten Cents (10 ) each, of which 600,000 shares remain in the treasury at this time.The Company is officered by Mr. F. M. Chambers, President and Treasurer and Mr. E. A. Byler, Secretary who with three other former stockholders of the Goldfield Midnight-Pawnee Mining Company make up the Board of Directors.The Company has no cash in its treasury and its debts amount to less than $500.00
