I agree.settled in a week or so. Say Mammy what do you say to me going to Alaska. Of course I would come home first. I have got that in my head just today but expect I will forget all about it after I sleep. You know you advised me in this letter to change location if I didn't get work soon. Now you don't need to worry about my clothes. I have three pretty fair pairs of corduroys and a pair of boots. Now I think that's pretty well fixed. I am O.K. in that line but I expect to get a new suit when the boom comes. I got Doc's letter along with yours. The kid must be pretty tired of his mumps. He wants to take good care of them until he is entirely well. Well I will have to ring off for this time. Hope you are all well. We are all O.K. here. Good Bye Earle Say I got a big box of candy from Indiana yesterday. Wish you could sample it. It is certainly fine. All home made.
