LINCOLN DAVIS & COMPANY BROKERS P.O. Box 334 GOLDFIELD, NEV. MEMBERS: GOLDFIELD STOCK AND EXCHANGE BOARD CHICAGO MINING AND STOCK EXCHANGE - 2 - Glad to know that the kids are satisfied at Berts. Think it was a good move for them. I was over to John's cabin the other night and had a long chat with him. He told me that he had a letter from you. Hurry and Jeff seem to be located forever but don't know just how long either of them will stay. It will pay them to stay here as long asthey have a job for they can't make the money back there they can here. There are lots of people out of work here. A person that was in here last fall and then come in nowcould hardly think it was the same place it is so dead now. I don't look for Condon to come to see Dady for we were not speaking at the time he left. In fact none of us knew he was going until he left. I bought 100 shares of stock in his Atlanta Leasing Co. for $2.25 per share and it it now worth 1 cent now. I consider that he simply faked me and I was easy. Well I can't think of anything else to write now so will ring off for this time. I just got a letter from B.F. Smith this morning telling me all about his trip to the Jamestown Exposition. Well my experience out in the Wild and Wooly has been worth a great deal more to me than the Expo. would have been. Good Bye for this time, Earle That picture sure looked natural.
