It is always cool in the shade though and I am never out in sun much. What kind of a deal could you get on the Ellison property. Suppose you could pay so much cash and make the balance in payments. I wouldn't want to put very much in property just now because I want to keep my money here where the opportunities for investing it to the better advantage are so thick. Of course mining isn't so sure as real-estate but it counts if you do hit it. Now about my face and the small pox. Didn't I tell you my face was perfectly well.
